It is not always about what many Coaches look for “Team Results”, it’s them in pursuit of a higher level of the game. When you see the game is played at a HIGHER LEVEL, that is when there is satisfaction, happiness, and joy in the eyes…of the players, of the team, of the coach, and spectators."
